Why We Stand Out
We are 100% committed to local farms & we only source the freshest, rarest flowers from ~20 specialty cut flower growers within 200 miles of NYC.

Because we care about diversifying the farmer population, 15% of profits from our subscriptions are donated to land-back initiatives run by Black, Latino and Indigenous groups in our region.

"Emergency" flower sourcing

*March - May, we may “emergency” source some flowers from outside our standard 200 mile radius. There are only a handful of local farmers in our region that grow late winter/early spring flowers, and when they have shortages due to weather or crop failure, we may source from small, sustainable farmers in Vermont, Rhode Island, Georgia and Ohio. We work passionately to support local flower farmers and will continue to do so!

A weekly (or biweekly) treat

I have so loved being a subscriber to Molly Oliver Flowers. It makes me feel more connected to the changing seasons and local farmers, and I have learned so much about sustainable floristry to boot. I look forward to every pickup. Molly and Paige and the rest of the team also make it so easy to accommodate your schedule when life comes up.

And of course the flowers are stunning! So many flowers I had written off as "boring" or "conventional" (see tulips, mums) I have rediscovered and grown to love through this project. You won't regret signing up.

The Best Midweek Pick Me Up!

I've been a subscriber for several years now and could not be happier. I've gotten to learn so much about local flowers, farmers, and sustainability all while supporting businesses in my community. Not to mention my apartment always looks lovely! I share pictures of each bouquet with my aunt. She also can't wait to see what the next week will include. Can't recommend highly enough.

Fresh, gorgeous local flowers!

I love the creative beautiful flower varieties, the stories behind the farmers and supporting local farms. And a woman owned business, bonus for Barnard alum! These flowers are gorgeous and the business model does good, what more could you ask for!?!
